Celtic Quilts: Friendship Star - PDF

This is the third in a series of patterns that got their inspiration from traditional patchwork quilt squares. If you look closely, you might be able to recognize the quilt pattern peeking out through this Celtic lattice. The quilt block's title Friendship Star seemed to work well with the hearts and tulips that make up my patches and these bright spring colors.

93 x 93 stitch count.

The model was stitched on 32 count Bisque linen by Lakeside Linens & Designs, Inc. using Carrie’s hand-dyed Threads. Since these threads are lo longer being made, a conversion to Weeks Dye Works threads is provided below and in all new copies of the chart along with a list of DMC suggestions.
