Chartres Labyrinth - PDF
Create two stitched versions of this representation of the walking labyrinth from the Chartres Cathedral in France. Perhaps the most famous of its kind, it dates back to 1205. The larger model is true to form, the smaller piece squares up the corners and uses four subtle shades of DMC to get a 3-D effect.
DMC Cotton Floss, 2 ply over 2
Fabric by Seraphim Fabrics: Dusty Road 32 ct linen for main; Haunted 32 for small
Size: 129 stitches square for main model; small is 57 stitches square.
Pattern Keeper note - this chart can be imported into PK, but because the file contains both graphs you will initially get a warning message. PK will ask you to pick which pages are the graph you want. You'll need PK to discard either the main one or the small one, so it can focus on the one you want. Once selected, it works like a charm.
