These are stitched using Gentle Arts Threads on 32 count Storm PTP linen.

The printed chart includes a set of the wool felt pennies, as well as instructions to stitch those little scallops if you change the fabric count or just feel like it. The digital version, alas, does not. So, if you'd like the pennies, order through your favorite shop.
